MY STORAGE BINS

I started this site as a place to store low-quality music files. Then, a couple of trips, and pictures, and it seemed easier to put the pictures here so my folks could take virtual trips with me, rather than email them.
It's become a place where we (you and I) can come to spend a little time taking virtual hikes, or enjoying the beauty of a day's beginning or ending. So, grab a beverage, and mebbe a snack, and spend some quiet time away from the crowds and bustle.
I hope you enjoy it here - I know I have loved taking the trips and pictures - and that you come back often.

While the vast majority of these photos are not 'National Geographic' quality, I have intentionally included them, to give more of a sense of sharing an entire sunrise, sunset, hike, etc., rather than just a single moment.
May you find some special moments here.

Life has intruded over the past couple of years, and the photo quantity has suffered as a result. But, here is some fresh stuff to enjoy.

My trips to Colorado	My trips to other places
Guess I'll start this with my trip to Colorado in late June '06. If mountains and flowers don't interest you, you may wanna skip this trip.	Along with this, is a trip to Arizona in April '06. Took a little trip up into the Chiricahua Mountains.
Went back to Colorado over Labor Day weekend. Not much time to sightsee. I will go back, and soon.	In August 2007, I went up to Arkansas for a weekend to see some family. Had a super visit.
I made it back to Colorado for Christmas '06, and had a great time with my oldest sister.	Had a very good friend who swore the only two good things to come out of Texas were his son, and ZZ Top. He can add a few pictures to that list now.
I made several trips back to Colorado in 2007. Again, if flowers, mountains, and rocks don't.........rock ya, go ahead and skip this trip.	Left the West Texas Hill country, and made a swing through several states, just looking.
If you guessed it would take me less than two weeks to get back to Colorado after the first of the year, you were right.	Spent three days in Utah touring Arches, the Canyonlands, then back to Colorado through the Colorado River Canyon.
Took me a little longer to make it back to Colorado in 2009.	Went to Arizona again, and spent a night on top of the Dragoon Mountains, in Cochise's Stronghold.
January 2013 found me in Colorado, and of course, on Lizardhead again.	Pictures of Northern Lights.
